Right of withdrawal
Unless the product is custom-made to your specification, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Custom and made-to-order parts are excluded.
Returning an item
Contact hello@ronascorduene.com before returning anything. Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded with the original payment method. Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.
Faulty items
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it.
